I guess it is a swedishized form of John.. we do have Johns in Sweden though... real ones I mean... not those kind (well we do but that's not what I'm talking about)... guys named John (or Jon)... my brother's name is Johnny :thumbsup:
actually... Jan may be a swedish version of Ian rather than John... but perhaps Ian and John are related, name-wise that is...
