I was biking down a nice park road one day and a crow or raven flew across just inches in front of me and peed or sprayed in my face my face
I had the opportunity to ask a Shaman what kind of symbology it may have had, and it stumped him

birds don't technically pee; their pee comes out in the form of uric acid, which is a white paste type of thing, so see it as a... necessary nitrogenous waste dropping that had to happen for the bird to get rid of bad chemicals in his body.
my mom used to always say: "if you can't hold it in your hand, you have to let it go"
she was specifically talking about burps and farts, but the same could be applied to bird droppings (even more so because they don't even have hands!)
i think you just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time; the crow had to go, and it's not like he has a bathroom
or he was just plain pissed off at people in general and decided to drop one on the first one he saw (ie you).
we shall never know the truth
